As a Techno-Functional Project Manager (Field Digitalization), you will sit at the intersection of business strategy, cutting-edge software architecture, and modern AI. You will lead end-to-end digital transformation initiatives, empower teams with Business Intelligence (BI) & analytics, and drive next-generation, GenAI-enabled application delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership: Drive end-to-end digital transformation and field digitalization initiatives using Agile methodologies.

GenAI & Innovation: Lead integration of GenAI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG frameworks, and AI Agents into modern applications.

Full-Stack Delivery Management: Oversee modern application development across React, Angular, Node.js, and NestJS ecosystems.

BI & Data Analytics: Deliver functional BI solutions using Power BI and advanced SQL analytics to power business decision-making.

Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary bridge between business teams, software developers, and executive leadership for requirements, UAT, and release management.

Governance & Security: Ensure full compliance with data privacy, governance standards, and information security policies.

What Were Looking For





Must-Have Qualifications:

Experience: 3–10 years of experience in Digital Transformation, Technical Project Management, Software Development, or Analytics prior to your career break.

AI & Emerging Tech: Conceptual and practical knowledge of GenAI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG architectures, and AI Agents.

Tech Stack Awareness: Working knowledge of modern development frameworks (ReactJS, Angular, Node.js, NestJS).

Tools & Frameworks: Proficiency with Power BI, SQL, Jira, Confluence, and Agile/Scrum delivery.

Soft Skills: Exceptional stakeholder management, structured problem-solving, and a strong innovation mindset.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

Familiarity with Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, LangChain, or Vector Databases.

Domain experience in CRM/SFA (Sales Force Automation), Field Digitalization, or Enterprise Mobility Solutions.

Prior hands-on engineering/software development experience.

Industry certifications: PMP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or Cloud/AI credentials.
