The ideal candidate should possess solid troubleshooting skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-focused approach to technical support.

Key Responsibilities Provide technical support to users through phone, email, chat, and ticketing systems.

Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.

Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.

Troubleshoot Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, email, browsers, and business applications.

Assist users with password resets, account access, software installation, and system configuration.

Manage technical support tickets and ensure timely resolution of reported issues.
