We are looking for an experienced Supervisor Technical to oversee day-to-day technical and engineering operations at our facility in

Magarpatta, Pune.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day technical and engineering operations at the site.
- Monitor and ensure smooth operation and maintenance of Electrical, HVAC, DG, Plumbing, Fire & Safety and other MEP systems.
- Lead and supervise technicians and technical staff.
- Allocate daily tasks and monitor manpower productivity.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facility infrastructure.
- Ensure preventive and breakdown maintenance activities are completed on time.
- Monitor equipment performance and maintain proper maintenance records.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for technical maintenance activities.
- Attend breakdowns and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures, statutory requirements and site SOPs.
- Maintain checklists, logbooks,



reports and maintenance documentation.
- Coordinate with the Facility/Engineering Manager for operational requirements.
- Support energy conservation and cost-control initiatives at the site.

Candidate Profile
- Diploma / ITI in Electrical, Mechanical or related Engineering trade.
- 36 years of relevant experience in Facility Management / Engineering Operations / MEP Maintenance.
- Experience in supervising technical teams and managing site operations.
- Valuable knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, HVAC and other MEP services.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and team-handling skills.
- Candidates with experience in commercial buildings, corporate facilities, malls, hospitals, hotels or industrial facilities will be preferred.
