We are hiring freshers for the role of Technical Resume Expert to support US-based professionals applying for technical roles. This position involves creating, editing, and optimizing ATS-compliant resumes using Microsoft Word, aligned with US hiring standards.
Comprehensive training will be provided. This is an excellent chance for candidates interested in IT, technology, consulting, or technical content writing.
Key Responsibilities
-Customize resumes for US roles such as Data Engineer, Data Analyst, Data Scientist, and BI Engineer
-Convert technical experience, projects, and skills into impact-driven bullet points
-Align resumes with US job descriptions and keyword requirements
-Maintain high standards of grammar, formatting, and consistency
-Revise resumes based on internal quality checks and feedback
-Meet deadlines while managing multiple resume assignments
Mandatory Requirements
-Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word (styles, formatting, alignment, tables)
-Good written English communication skills
-Basic understanding of IT or data-related roles
-Willingness to learn US resume standards and ATS concepts
-High attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
