Role Overview

We are seeking a highly capable Program Manager to lead and manage a portfolio of related projects aligned with strategic business objectives. The role requires strong leadership, governance, and cross-functional coordination to ensure successful program delivery, risk mitigation, and stakeholder alignment across the organization.

Key Role Requirements

1 Projects should be executed using Agile methodologies.

2 The resource should have excellent team-handling and people-management skills.

3 Preferably, the candidate should have experience in the healthcare domain.

4 Strong stakeholder management skills, including expectation management, communication, and cross-functional alignment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Program Initiation

- Define program vision, objectives, and success metrics aligned with business strategy
- Develop the Program Charter and Business Case, and obtain leadership approval
- Identify key stakeholders, establish governance structure, and define communication plans
- Assess high-level risks, dependencies, constraints, and resource requirements
- Facilitate program kick-off and ensure alignment across all project teams

1. Program Planning

- Develop and maintain the Program Roadmap and Integrated Plan
- Align project timelines, deliverables, and milestones with overall program objectives
- Establish governance frameworks, reporting cadence, and escalation mechanisms
- Plan and optimize resource allocation across projects
- Identify and manage cross-project dependencies, risks, and constraints
- Ensure consistency in: Delivery processes; Documentation standards; Quality and compliance practices

1. Execution & Monitoring





- Oversee execution of multiple projects to ensure alignment with program goals
- Monitor program KPIs, milestones, and overall performance
- Provide direction to Project Managers and resolve escalations and roadblocks
- Drive prioritization and decision-making across competing project demands
- Ensure effective communication and reporting to stakeholders and leadership
- Manage program-level risks, issues, and change requests

Delivery & Release Oversight
- Ensure synchronized and seamless releases across projects within the program
- Monitor quality, timelines, and delivery consistency
- Validate readiness of: Program-level deliverables; Consolidated documentation and reports
- Ensure adherence to release management and deployment processes

1. Governance & Stakeholder Management

- Establish and lead governance forums (Steering Committees, Program Reviews)
- Provide regular status updates, dashboards, and insights to leadership
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communication plans
- Act as the primary escalation point for program-level issues

1. Program Closure

- Ensure successful program delivery and realization of business advantages
- Obtain final stakeholder/client sign-offs
- Conduct program retrospectives and lessons learned sessions
- Archive all program artifacts, documentation, and insights

1. Other Responsibilities

- Drive continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives
- Mentor and guide Project Managers and cross-functional teams
- Act as a strategic partner to business and technology leadership
- Take ownership of ad-hoc strategic initiatives as required
