Key Responsibilities:

- Investigate and resolve complex ERP application issues escalated by L1 support.

- Perform database analysis and troubleshooting using SQL queries.

- Support ERP integrations, APIs, and data synchronization processes.

- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and prepare detailed incident reports.

- Coordinate with development teams for bug resolution and system enhancements.

- Participate in UAT, regression testing, and release validation activities.

- Monitor application performance and proactively identify potential issues.

- Provide technical guidance to users and support teams.

- Ensure adherence to SLA commitments and maintain accurate ticket documentation.

- Interact directly with customers to understand issues, provide updates, and ensure timely resolution.

Required Skills:





- 35 years of experience in ERP application support.

- Strong SQL and database troubleshooting skills.

- Experience with system integrations, APIs, and data validation.

- Knowledge of incident management and problem-solving methodologies.

- Familiarity with ticketing systems and support processes.

- Solid analytical, communication, and customer-facing skills.

Preferred:

- Experience with maritime ERP, vessel management, procurement, crewing, PMS or similar enterprise systems.

- Exposure to cloud platforms and enterprise application architecture.
