Lead Technical and Maintenance functions to ensure equipment reliability, smooth production, new line installation, layout planning, technical improvement and cost-effective plant operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance.
- Plan recent line installation, machine layout, utilities and commissioning.
- Handle technical projects, machine modifications and automation.
- Prepare CAPEX, maintenance budgets and project cost estimates.
- Ensure equipment reliability and minimize production downtime.
- Manage plant utilities, machinery and infrastructure.
- Drive Kaizen, productivity, energy and cost-saving initiatives.
- Manage vendors, contractors and Technical/Maintenance teams.
- Ensure safety, statutory compliance and maintenance documentation.
