We are looking for a Technical Growth Officer who can combine technical knowledge with business development to generate leads, develop customers, conduct site visits, recommend suitable technical solutions, and support conversion of enquiries into orders.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through market visits, customer references, contractors, applicators, architects, consultants, builders, and project enquiries.
- Conduct customer and site visits to understand technical requirements.
- Recommend suitable waterproofing, epoxy, PU flooring, coating, and construction chemical solutions.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, samples, and trials.
- Develop relationships with customers, contractors, applicators, architects, and consultants.
- Support quotations, technical approvals, follow-ups, and order conversion.
- Identify new projects and business opportunities.
- Coordinate with technical, estimation, sales, and project teams.
- Maintain CRM updates, daily reports, lead pipeline,



and follow-up records.
- Support customer complaints and initial technical queries.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of waterproofing, flooring, coatings, or construction chemicals.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Solid lead generation and follow-up ability.
- Customer relationship and business development skills.
- Basic understanding of site conditions, BOQ, and technical documentation.
- Proactive, target-oriented, and willing to travel.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote role.

Preferred Experience 1-5 years of experience in technical sales, business development, waterproofing, construction chemicals, flooring, coatings, or related construction industries.

Fresh Civil Engineering candidates with strong communication skills and an interest in technical sales may also be considered.
