Roles and Responsibilities :

- Design and develop innovative storage solutions using HDD and SDD technologies.

- Lead the development team in creating industry-standard software requirement specifications and software design documents.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.

- Develop and maintain complex algorithms and data structures for efficient storage system performance.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

- Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality code standards.

Job Requirements :

- Extensive hands-on software/firmware development experience in the storage domain.

- Strong knowledge of object-oriented design principles, including data structures and algorithms.

- Experience in creating industry-standard software requirement specifications and software design documents.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to work effectively in a team workplace, demonstrating excellent leadership and collaboration skills.

- Knowledge of system architecture and experience in designing complex algorithms.
