Job Overview

- Role: Associate / Technical Architect
- Experience Required: 512 Years
- Location: [Mumbai/ Kolkata/ Hybrid]
- Education: B.E. / B.Tech / M.Tech in CS, IT, or related discipline
- Key Skills: Software Architecture, API Design, Distributed Systems, Cloud Platforms, CI/CD, Clean Code, AI-Assisted Engineering Tools

Key Responsibilities

- Solution & Architecture: Translate functional and non-functional requirements into technical designs, APIs, data flows, and system integration specs.
- Technical Ownership: Lead assigned workstreams end-to-end from technical design through implementation and release.
- Engineering Quality & Standards: Enforce clean code, performance, maintainability, security, and scalability while conducting technical and code reviews.
- Risk & Technical Governance: Proactively identify architectural gaps, technical risks, and dependencies, offering mitigation strategies.




- AI Tooling & Governance: Leverage approved AI-assisted development and testing tools to enhance team productivity while ensuring proper code validation.
- Presales & Estimation: Support senior architects with technical solutioning, estimations, proposals, and feasibility assessments.

What We Are Looking For

- 512 years of hands-on software engineering experience with demonstrated exposure to system design and architectural responsibilities.
- Robust programming fundamentals, object-oriented design, design patterns, microservices, and database concepts.
- Experience designing RESTful APIs, integrations, and working with modern cloud platforms.
- Hands-on familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, automated testing, and Agile workflows.
- Awareness or hands-on exposure to modern AI-assisted software development tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with a willingness to mentor junior developers.
