- Oversee design and implementation of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection systems.

- ITI/NCTVT-certified HVAC, Electrical, or Plumbing Draftsman, or equivalent technical qualification.

- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Team Leader – BIM MEP on building services projects.

- Manage project delivery while ensuring client expectations are consistently met.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication and coordination.

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of BIM Designers and Modelers.

- Guide team members in developing accurate and detailed MEP BIM models using Autodesk Revit.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
