We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Team Leader to manage team performance, monitor operational metrics, and ensure achievement of business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate the team to achieve daily and monthly targets.
- Monitor team performance and productivity.
- Track and manage attrition and shrinkage.
- Monitor and improve key KPI & KRA parameters.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Identify performance gaps and take corrective actions.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
- Handle escalations and resolve operational issues.
- Coordinate with management for smooth day-to-day operations.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and quality standards.
Required Skills
- 2–5 years of relevant Team Leader experience.
- Robust knowledge of Attrition & Shrinkage management.
- Good understanding of KPI & KRA.
- Strong team-handling and leadership skills.
- Advanced MS Excel knowledge, including reporting and data analysis.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage targets and deliver results.
