Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage hardware asset lifecycle from procurement to disposal, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of assets and resolve any issues that may arise during the process.
- Conduct regular audits to identify discrepancies in asset inventory and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to negotiate prices, terms, and conditions for asset purchases.
- Ensure accurate tracking of asset movements, maintenance records, and disposal documentation.
