We are looking for an experienced Team Lead to manage and guide a team working on data annotation and AI/computer vision projects in the Architecture, Engineering & Construction (AEC) domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Data Annotators
- Monitor team productivity, quality, and accuracy
- Review and validate annotations, including bounding boxes, polygons, and semantic segmentation
- Handle annotation errors, edge cases, and quality issues
- Train, mentor, and provide feedback to team members
- Interpret architectural floor plans, blueprints, structural drawings, and MEP drawings
- Ensure adherence to client guidelines and project requirements
- Manage multiple tasks and deliverables within timelines
Required Experience & Skills
- Minimum 6 months of Team Lead experience ( Data Annotation)
- Team Lead experience should be officially reflected on paper / employment records
- Experience in Data Annotation / Data Labeling / Image Annotation
- Knowledge of Blueprints, Architectural Drawings, Floor Plans, CAD, or Construction Drawings
- Understanding of Computer Vision, Image Segmentation, Bounding Boxes, and Polygon Annotation is an advantage
- Strong spatial reasoning and attention to detail
- Good English communication and comprehension skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing setting
