: We are hiring passionate and subject-expert Faculty / Trainers (Physics / Chemistry / Mathematics) to coach defence aspirants preparing for the UPSC NDA Written Examination at our partner school campuses in Karnataka and Kerala.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver rigorous, concept-focused lectures for NDA Mathematics (Paper I) or GAT Physics/Chemistry (Paper II) based on Class 11 & 12 NCERT syllabi.
- Train students in shortcuts, time-saving techniques, and smart elimination strategies for objective UPSC patterns.
- Design topic-wise practice sheets, PYQ analysis modules, and full-length simulated mock tests.
- Conduct regular evening doubt-clearing sessions and guided study hours.
- Track individual student performance and provide structured mentorship.
Candidate Requirements:
- Education: B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Tech / M.Tech in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or relevant disciplines.
- Experience: 15+ years in teaching NDA, JEE (Main), or foundation batches. Robust freshers with competitive exam clearance are encouraged to apply.
- Languages: Hindi speaking is strongly preferred for effective doubt resolution and student engagement; good working English required.
- Willingness to Relocate/Stay: Must be willing to reside on campus at one of the assigned locations in Karnataka or Kerala.
