RESPONSIBILITIES The TC Reviewer, Textile Exchange plays a critical role in ensuring correct review Transaction Certificate Reviewer is responsible for reviewing and processing Transaction Certificate applications submitted by clients. The role involves verifying client information, product details, quantities, scope validity, supporting documents, and transaction details to ensure compliance with applicable certification standards and procedures.

The position requires close coordination with clients, certification teams, auditors, and internal departments to ensure that Transaction Certificates are processed accurately and within the required timelines.

Key Areas of Focus

A) Operational Execution

- Oversee daily operations of Transactional Certificate, ensuring adherence to timelines, standards, and customer expectations.




- Ensure compliance with Textile Exchange standards (e.g., GOTS, OCS, GRS, RCS, RWS, RDS) and Intertek’s internal procedures.
- Co-ordinate with TE / GOTS for any integration process

B) Quality & Process Optimization

- Identify operational bottlenecks and lead improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and turnaround time.
- Track key operational metrics (TAT, case closures, client satisfaction, etc.) and ensure timely reporting to Line Manager
- Collaborate with quality and compliance teams for internal reviews, NCR closures, and root cause analysis.

C) Client & Stakeholder Coordination

- Serve as a point of contact for client communication related to certification timelines, document requirements, and process updates.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to align on project delivery, special cases, or escalations.
- Ensure client concerns and service delays are addressed proactively and effectively.
- Support the implementation of client-specific requirements or customized workflows as needed.

D) Team Supervision & Support

- Provide operational guidance and coordination to team members
- Monitor team workload and assist in task prioritization to ensure deliverables are met.
- Support onboarding and training of new team members in standard operating procedures and tools.
- Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and customer-first mindset within the team.

We are Looking for You with Qualification Graduate or Postgraduate in Textile domain

Technical Certifications Nil

Experience 0-4 years of experience in certification operations of transaction certificates, quality assurance, textiles, or sustainability domains — preferably with exposure to Textile Exchange programs.
