The91Junction is looking for a Tandoor Chef to join our kitchen team.
The candidate should have positive knowledge of Tandoor cooking and be able to prepare Chicken Shawarma, Soya Chaap, Chicken Tikka, Paneer Tikka, Tandoori Chicken, Kebabs and other Tandoor items.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook Tandoor items as per our standards.
- Handle the Tandoor and Shawarma properly.
- Maintain consistent taste and quality.
- Keep the kitchen and work area clean and hygienic.
- Follow food safety and cleanliness standards.
- Manage preparation and cooking during busy hours.
- Maintain proper stock and reduce food wastage.
- Work well with the kitchen team.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Tandoor Chef is preferred.
- Good knowledge of Tandoor items and preparation.
- Ability to make Chicken Shawarma and Soya Chaap.
- Hardworking, responsible and punctual.
- Able to work in a fast-paced café environment.
