Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers / leads or handle incoming customer queries in Tamil.

- Pitch company products/services and convert leads into sales, bookings, or inquiries.

- Maintain customer relationship records and update interaction status in CRM or Excel.

- Address customer questions, resolve complaints, and follow up regularly with prospect leads.

- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.

Requirements & Qualifications:

- Language: Fluent in spoken Tamil (Required). Basic understanding of English or Hindi is a plus.

- Education: Minimum 12th Pass / Any Graduate or Diploma.

- Experience: 0 to 2 years in telesales, telecalling, customer support, or voice processes (Freshers welcome).

- Skills: Excellent communication, persuasive persuasion skills, active listening, and basic computer knowledge (MS Excel).

Pay: ₹15,212.70 - ₹27,702.81 per month
