Role Description The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. In this position, the specialist will manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers for a variety of roles. The role involves partnering closely with hiring managers to understand position requirements, define candidate profiles, and ensure an efficient selection process.

Responsibilities include maintaining talent pipelines, leveraging multiple channels for sourcing, supporting employer branding initiatives,



and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle. The specialist will also track recruitment metrics, update applicant tracking systems, and collaborate with the wider HR and recruitment teams to continuously improve hiring practices.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting skills, with experience managing end-to-end hiring processes.
- Candidates should possess effective Hiring and Interviewing skills, including assessing candidate fit and facilitating structured interviews.
- Candidates should possess capabilities in Employer Branding, with an understanding of recruitment marketing and promoting the organization’s value proposition.
- Candidates should possess strong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with applicant tracking systems, sourcing tools, and standard HR/recruitment software.
- Candidates should possess strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple requisitions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred, along with prior experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
