Role Description This is a full-time, in office Talent Acquisition Specialist role based in Noida.

The Talent Acquisition

Specialist will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for a variety of roles across the organization.

Responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements, maintaining a robust talent pipeline, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.



The role also involves contributing to employer branding initiatives, updating recruitment metrics, and using data to improve hiring efficiency. The specialist will collaborate closely with HR and operations teams to align hiring strategies with organizational growth and workforce planning.

Qualifications

- Strong full-life cycle recruiting and recruiting skills, including sourcing, screening, and pipeline management.
- Experience with hiring processes and interviewing techniques, ensuring structured and fair candidate evaluations.
- Knowledge of employer branding practices to help position LearningShala as an employer of choice.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment tools, and social media platforms for talent outreach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and candidates.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions, prioritize tasks, and meet hiring timelines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field; relevant certifications in recruitment or HR are an advantage.
- Prior experience in education, edtech, or service-oriented organizations is preferred but not mandatory.
