Capinex Money Mark is looking for an experienced and target-driven Talent Acquisition Lead to join our fast-paced BPO/DSA setup.

Location: Bengaluru

Experience: 5+ Years

Team Handling: Experience managing 8-12+ recruiters preferred

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who has strong experience in BPO bulk hiring and can independently lead a recruitment team.

Key experience required

- Bulk hiring & high-volume recruitment
- Telecaller hiring
- Sales & Inside Sales hiring
- BPO recruitment
- Team handling & recruiter performance management
- Achieving aggressive hiring targets
- Managing recruitment TAT, selection & joining ratios
- Building strong candidate pipelines

BFSI / DSA / Tele-sales recruitment experience will be an added advantage.
