Founded in 2014 by Richa Singh and Puneet Manuja, YourDOST is one of India’s first and largest holistic emotional wellness organisations. We help corporations, colleges, and government organisations build resilient communities.

We are enabling leading corporates including, CK Birla Group, UpGrad, and educational institutions like IIT Madras, IIT Delhi, and IIM Bangalore to name a few. We believe in using a three-pronged approach for building a holistic emotional wellness program - Awareness, Training, and Individual Counseling. We work with them through awareness modules, self-help tools, 1on1 counseling intervention, and organisation-level diagnostic and reporting.

Our offerings include product-led engagement, Assessments, 24x7 Instant Connect With Qualified Therapists, Leadership Programs, Manager Training, and more. We have partnered with 500+ clients including Corporates, Educational Institutions, and Government organisations counseling over 20 lakh Indians to date.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern who enjoys working with people and wants hands-on experience in recruitment. You’ll work closely with our TA team across sourcing, candidate engagement, hiring coordination and onboarding. This is an internship with an opportunity for full-time conversion based on performance and business requirements.

What You’ll Do

Understand YourDOST, our work and the requirements of different roles.

Source and screen relevant candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases and referrals.

Connect with candidates,



conduct initial screening and explain roles and opportunities.

Build and maintain solid candidate pipelines while keeping hiring timelines on track.

Coordinate interviews, feedback, offers and candidate follow-ups.

Maintain accurate recruitment data and candidate databases.

Support hiring plans and work closely with the TA team to achieve hiring goals.

Stay connected with selected candidates through joining and early onboarding.

Support Expert engagement initiatives and create meaningful employee touchpoints.

Take increasing ownership of hiring requirements as you grow in the role.

What We’re Looking For

0–6 months of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment or HR. Recent graduates and freshers with relevant internship experience can apply.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Comfortable speaking with candidates and building rapport.

Good organisational and follow-up skills.

Comfort with Microsoft Office, Excel, and Google Sheets; some experience with data management

Basic understanding of sourcing and recruitment processes.

Familiarity with job portals and sourcing channels.

Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Psychology / HR / Business background is a plus.
