We are looking for an enthusiastic MBA (HR preferred) candidate to join our Talent Acquisition team as a TA Intern. Candidates with prior internship experience in Talent Acquisition/HR will be preferred.
What you’ll learn & work on:
- End-to-end recruitment and corporate hiring processes
- Candidate sourcing, screening and engagement
- Interview coordination and follow-ups
- Working closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders
- Recruitment trackers, MIS and hiring analytics
- Understanding of candidate lifecycle and recruitment operations
- Hands-on exposure to a fast-paced corporate Talent Acquisition function
