About the Job — Talent Acquisition Intern

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to join our TA team and gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, campus networks, and other channels
- Screen resumes and coordinate interviews




- Manage candidate communication and interview scheduling
- Support bulk hiring across Sales, Operations, Product, and Educator roles
- Maintain recruitment trackers, ATS updates, and hiring metrics
- Support employer branding and recruitment-related content
- Contribute to improving the interview process and candidate experience

Who Can Apply:

- Students or recent graduates in HR, Business, or related fields
- 0–1 year of experience
- Valuable communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets
- LinkedIn Recruiter experience is a plus
- Candidates interested in HR, Recruitment, Startups, or EdTech
