Role & responsibilities

- Support the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and onboarding.

- Source relevant candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, social media, referrals, and other talent channels.

- Conduct initial candidate screening calls to assess skills, experience, communication, interest, and role fit.

- Understand hiring requirements and create targeted Boolean searches to identify quality talent.

- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

- Maintain and regularly update candidate trackers, recruitment MIS, and hiring dashboards.

- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process and ensure timely communication at every stage.

- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.

- Support campus hiring, recruitment drives, job fairs, and talent acquisition initiatives.

- Assist in preparing offer letters, joining documentation, and pre-onboarding activities.

- Work closely with the TA team to understand hiring targets, recruitment metrics, and daily productivity goals.





Preferred candidate profile

- Pursuing or recently completed MBA/PGDM in HR, Human Resources Management, or a related field.

- Strong interest in building a career in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in speaking with candidates.

- Proactive, energetic, and comfortable working in a fast-paced hiring setting.

- Strong people understanding and candidate assessment skills.

- Basic understanding of recruitment, sourcing, screening, and interview processes.

- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, and Boolean Search would be an advantage.

- Good coordination, follow-up, and stakeholder management skills.

- Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple positions and candidates simultaneously.

- Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets, recruitment trackers.

- A go-getter mindset with curiosity to explore new sourcing channels and hiring strategies.

- Previous HR/Recruitment internship experience is preferred but not mandatory.
