Tableau Developer Advanced SQL

We are looking for an experienced Tableau Developer with strong Advanced SQL skills to design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and data visualizations. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Tableau, SQL, data analysis, and working with large and complex datasets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
- Write and optimize complex SQL queries, including joins, subqueries, CTEs, window functions, and stored procedures.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions.
- Work with large datasets and perform data extraction, transformation, and validation.
- Build calculated fields, parameters, filters, LOD expressions, and dashboard actions in Tableau.
- Optimize Tableau dashboards and SQL queries for performance.
- Perform data quality checks and troubleshoot data discrepancies.




- Collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, and other technical teams.
- Document data sources, dashboards, business logic, and technical solutions.

Required Skills:

- 4–9 years of experience in Tableau Development / Business Intelligence.
- Strong hands-on experience with Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server/Cloud.
- Advanced SQL skills with expertise in:

- Complex joins

- CTEs

- Subqueries

- Window/Analytical functions

- Aggregations

- Query optimization

- Stored procedures
- Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL concepts, and relational databases.
- Experience working with large datasets and performance tuning.
- Good understanding of BI and data visualization best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
