Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end bulk hiring for non-IT roles.

- Source candidates through Naukri, job portals, referrals, and other channels.

- Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

- Manage offer rollout, candidate follow-ups, and joining formalities.

- Drive hiring targets, TAT, and offer-to-joining conversions.

- Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates.

- Conduct walk-in drives and hiring campaigns as required.

- Coordinate with stakeholders to understand and close manpower requirements.

Requirements:

- 14 years of experience in bulk/non-IT recruitment.

- Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement skills.

- Valuable communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience handling high-volume hiring and recruitment targets.

- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets.
