What You'll Work On

- Manage Windows Server and Linux/Ubuntu servers
- Administer VMware ESXi/vSphere and Microsoft Hyper-V
- Configure and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPN, NAT and VLAN
- Manage Sophos Firewall and VPN policies
- Administer Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Entra ID, MFA and user/device access
- Manage AWS EC2 and cloud infrastructure
- Administer IIS and application hosting environments
- Support Acumatica ERP and other business-critical applications
- Work with MySQL, PostgreSQL and SQL Server databases
- Manage server, database and application backups
- Troubleshoot Windows desktops, hardware, software and network issues
- Manage IT assets, user access, onboarding/offboarding and endpoint security
- Support server migrations, virtualization projects and infrastructure upgrades
- Maintain IT documentation, SOPs, asset records and infrastructure reports
- Coordinate with software vendors,



ISPs and external technical teams

Who Can Apply?

2-5 years of relevant System Administration / IT Infrastructure experience

Hands-on experience managing servers, networks and cloud infrastructure

Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

Good understanding of IT security and access management

Ability to work independently and handle infrastructure projects

Good communication and documentation skills
