Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Sweet Maker (Halwai) who can prepare a wide variety of traditional Indian sweets while maintaining excellent taste, quality, hygiene, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare different types of Indian sweets such as Rasgulla, Gulab Jamun, Rasmalai, Barfi, Peda, Ladoo, Jalebi, Kaju sweets, Halwa, etc.
- Prepare sweets according to standard recipes and required quantities.
- Ensure consistent taste, texture, freshness, and presentation.
- Handle ingredients such as milk, khoya, paneer, sugar, dry fruits, flour, ghee, and other raw materials.
- Prepare sweets for daily production, events, functions, and bulk orders.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and equipment.
- Monitor the quality and freshness of ingredients.
- Minimize wastage and maintain proper portion control.
- Store prepared sweets and ingredients properly.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards.




- Coordinate with kitchen staff and management regarding production requirements.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of traditional Indian sweets and desserts.
- Strong knowledge of sweet-making techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently during high-volume production.
- Good understanding of ingredient measurements and cooking temperatures.
- Creativity in sweet presentation and new product preparation.
- Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety.
- Ability to work as part of a team.

Eligibility
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Experience in a sweet shop, hotel, restaurant, bakery, catering company, or food production unit will be an advantage.
- Candidates with strong practical skills may be considered based on their expertise.

Salary & Benefits
