We build robotics and industrial automation solutions. We are looking for a practical supply chain professional to handle day-to-day purchasing, keep inventory and company assets organized, and put simple processes in place so parts and equipment reach our teams on time.

What You Will Do

· Source electrical, mechanical, electronic and automation parts, tools and services for projects and operations.

· Identify and evaluate local and international vendors; request quotes, compare price, quality and lead time, and negotiate terms.

· Raise and track purchase orders; coordinate approvals, payments, shipping, customs support where applicable, and deliveries.

· Maintain stock records, item codes, reorder levels and periodic physical counts; flag shortages, excess stock and delays early.

· Track company assets such as tools, test equipment and devices, including issue, return, location and condition.

· Set up explicit procurement, receiving and inventory processes; keep vendor, quotation,



invoice and warranty records organized.

· Work with engineering, production and project teams to plan requirements and resolve supply issues.

What We Are Looking For

· Basic hands-on understanding of purchasing, vendor coordination and inventory management; experience in a small or growing company is welcome.

· Comfortable with spreadsheets or inventory tools, record keeping, follow-ups and clear communication.

· Organized, dependable and willing to visit vendors or logistics partners when needed.

Qualifications and Good to Have

· Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Commerce, Business, Engineering or a related field; relevant practical experience is equally valued.

· Exposure to robotics, manufacturing, electronics, industrial automation or imported components is an advantage.
