Job Overview:
We are looking for an Operations & Logistics Analyst to support our Operations and Logistics teams through daily data analysis, reporting, field coordination, and cost monitoring. The role will involve tracking wastage, returns, profitability, logistics costs, and operational performance to identify areas for improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze daily wastage reports and identify key reasons for wastage.
- Analyze return data and prepare daily/periodic reports.
- Prepare daily P&L; reports through manual data collection, calculations, and analysis.
- Monitor cart handling and movement, including physical handling and operational coordination.
- Support logistics cost planning, tracking, and analysis.
- Conduct market/field visits 3 days a week to observe operations and logistics activities.
- Understand market pricing to support better cart handling and logistics cost decisions.
- Identify operational deviations and provide data-based insights for improvement.
- Coordinate with Operations and Logistics teams to ensure accurate and timely data collection.
- Maintain daily operational reports and ensure data accuracy.
Candidate Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of Operations and Logistics.
- Good analytical and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Ability to perform manual calculations and prepare daily reports.
- Willingness to handle field visits and operational activities.
- Valuable coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to work with operational data and identify discrepancies or deviations.
