We are looking for a Casting & Warehouse Supervisor to manage daily casting production and warehouse operations. The candidate will supervise workers, monitor production and quality, manage inventory and material movement, and ensure workplace safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily casting and warehouse activities.
- Manage manpower and allocate work as per production requirements.
- Monitor production targets, quality, and workflow.
- Handle receiving, storage, and dispatch of materials.
- Maintain inventory and stock records.
- Coordinate raw material and finished goods movement.
- Ensure proper use of PPE and compliance with safety procedures.
- Conduct daily workplace observations and address safety issues.
- Maintain shift, production, and warehouse records.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance,
and Logistics teams.
- Train workers on operational and safety procedures.
- Report production, quality, inventory, and safety issues to management.
Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of experience in casting, manufacturing, warehouse, or a similar supervisory role.
- Experience in manpower handling and production supervision.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in shifts.
- Knowledge of workplace safety practices.
