About the Role We are looking for an energetic and persuasive Student Counselor to guide prospective students toward their higher education dreams remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle tele-calls and build instant rapport with student leads.
- Manage data and track interactions using CRM software.
- Counsel students effectively and convert leads into enrollments.
What We Are Looking For
- Previous experience in educational counseling or high-volume sales.
- Experience in German education counseling (Higher Studies / Ausbildung) is a strong plus.
- Comfortable working independently from home with strong communication skills.
