1. Studio Operations

- Manage the daily opening and closing of the studio.

- Ensure all classes, workshops, and sessions run smoothly and on schedule.

- Coordinate studio rooms, class timings, instructor schedules, and space utilization.

- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and overall presentation of the studio.

- Monitor studio equipment, furniture, music systems, lighting, and other facilities.

- Coordinate maintenance and repairs whenever required.

1. Student & Customer Management

- Welcome and assist students, visitors, and prospective customers.

- Handle enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, Instagram, and other channels.

- Explain class schedules, fees, packages, memberships, and offers.

- Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into registrations.

- Maintain positive relationships with existing students and encourage renewals.

- Handle customer feedback, complaints, and queries professionally.

1. Sales & Revenue Management

- Track daily enquiries, registrations, renewals, and revenue.

- Follow up on unpaid fees and pending payments.

- Promote memberships, packages, workshops, and special offers.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
