MBA

- Coordinate campus recruitment drives and placement activities.

- Develop and maintain relationships with companies and HR departments.

- Invite companies for campus recruitment, internships, and training programs.

- Coordinate interviews, aptitude tests, group discussions, and placement drives.

- Maintain student placement records, databases, and reports.

- Guide students regarding job opportunities, interviews, CV preparation, and career development.

- Coordinate with faculty members, students, alumni, and employers.

- Organize career guidance, soft-skills training, and employability programs.





- Follow up with companies regarding recruitment opportunities and student selections.

- Prepare regular placement reports for college management.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's or Master's degree; MBA/HR/Management preferred.

- Previous experience in college placement, recruitment, HR, or corporate relations is preferred.

- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to build relationships with companies and recruiters.

- Good computer and MS Office skills.

- Freshers with strong communication and coordination skills may also apply.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per hour
