Key Responsibilities

- Student Counseling: Provide personalized guidance to students on study abroad options, including program selection, application processes, and visa requirements.
- Program Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on study abroad programs, institutions, and destinations to provide expert advice to students.
- Application Support: Assist students with application processes, including reviewing and editing application documents, and ensuring timely submission.
- Visa Guidance: Provide guidance on visa requirements and application processes for various study abroad destinations.
- Pre-Departure Support: Ensure students are well-prepared for their study abroad experience, including providing information on cultural adaptation, accommodation, and other essential details.
- Marketing and Promotion: Participate in marketing and promotional activities to attract current students and promote study abroad programs.
- Networking: Establish and maintain relationships with institutions, universities, and other stakeholders in the study abroad industry.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of student interactions, applications, and enrollments.

Requirements

- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g.,



international education, counseling, marketing).
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in study abroad consulting, international education, or a related field.
- Knowledge: Strong knowledge of study abroad programs, institutions, and destinations.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational: Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Technical: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Preferred Qualifications

- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Certifications in study abroad consulting or international education.
- Language proficiency in languages other than English.
- Experience living or studying abroad.
