nAbout the Role:

nMost internships have you fetching coffee or doing mindless data entry. This is not one of them. At Joveo, the Strategic Initiatives team operates like a startup within a scale-up. We research, build, and scale new global supply channels and revenue streams from zero. We are looking for a Growth & Strategy Intern to work directly with leadership to solve complex business problems, optimize go-to-market (GTM) strategies, and drive real revenue impact.

nWhat You Will Actually Do:

- Market Intelligence & GTM: Conduct deep-dive research into new markets, HR tech trends, and competitor landscapes to identify white-space opportunities for Joveo.
n
- Process Optimization: Audit our existing supply and partnership workflows. Find the bottlenecks, propose data-backed solutions, and help build the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to fix them.

- Data Storytelling: Analyze performance dashboards to find hidden patterns. You won't just pull data; you will translate it into actionable business insights for the leadership team.

- Cross-Functional Execution: Collaborate daily with global supply, product, and sales teams.

You will need to influence stakeholders and manage moving parts to get projects across the finish line.

- Pitch & Asset Creation: Help draft strategic partnership decks, executive summaries, and internal memos that are sharp, persuasive, and transparent.

nWho We Are Looking For:

- You are "Smart" (Analytical): You don't just accept things as they are. You break problems down to their fundamental truths (first-principle thinking) and build solutions from there.

- You are a Great Communicator: You can take a complex, 10-page concept and distill it into a punchy, 3-bullet Slack message. You are comfortable speaking up in a room full of senior leaders.

- High Agency: You don't wait to be told what to do.

If you see a problem, you research it, propose a solution, and ask for permission to execute.

- Tech Fluency: You are comfortable working with spreadsheets, presentation tools, and quickly learning new SaaS platforms. (Bonus points if you know your way around basic data visualization).
