Job Title : Stores Supervisor

Location : For Bhiwandi Warehouse

Shifts : 6 Days Working, 9 hours As per shifts

Section : Stores

Reporting To : Stores Manager

Department of coordination : Finance

:

1. To take inventory of all store items on periodic basis and to prepare the MIS of the same.
2. To ensure that all the invoices, challans, etc are properly filed in a systematic manner.
3. To monitor and check for the expiry dates of goods and to keep aside a stock of all expired goods.
4. To prepare the list of expiry dates of various goods and to ensure the circulation of the list to concerned functional department heads.
5. To monitor par levels of all items and to maintain the records of the same.
6. To ensure that all goods arrived are as per the specification of purchase order.
7. To authorize rejection of damaged, unacceptable or incorrect items.
8. To ensure that all stores requisitions are authorized by the respective functional department heads.
9.



To ensure that the quantity of valuable requisitioned and issued always matches.
10. To ensure that entire stores area is maintained in clean and hygienic condition.
11. To ensure that the correct temperature is maintained for various materials as per the agreed standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

- To recommend the leaves of Store Assistant and Helpers.
- To approve the expenses of Store Assistant and Helpers.
- To authorize the material requisition form issued by various functional departments.

Note : QSR or Food & Beverage industry candidates are preferred Salary : 40,000 to 45,000 per month
