Job Title: Store Keeper

Key Responsibilities

- Material Receiving &
- Inspection:

Verify quality, quantity, and specifications of incoming construction materials (e.g., cement, steel, tiles, MEP supplies) against Purchase Orders (POs) and Delivery Notes.

- Inventory &

- Stock Control:

Maintain daily logs of stock issuance, transfers, and returns using ERP systems or MS Excel.

- Issuance &

- Documentation:

Issue tools and materials to contractors and site workers based on approved Material Requisition Slips (MRS).

- Auditing &

- Reporting:

Conduct monthly physical stock counts and reconcile variances with corporate inventory reports.

- Site Safety &

- Organization:

Organize the site godown/storehouse neatly following FIFO (First-In, First-Out)



methods to prevent material damage or expiry.

- Vendor &

- Logistics Coordination:

Assist the procurement team by reporting low stock levels and coordinating secure delivery schedules.

Required Qualifications &

- Skills

- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.

- Experience: 4 to 5 years of proven store-keeping experience, preferably within real estate construction or infrastructure projects.
