Role Description The Manager – Store is responsible for leading and managing all store, inventory, logistics, and procurement support activities to ensure seamless material availability for production and customer deliveries. The role focuses on maintaining inventory accuracy, optimizing stock levels, ensuring efficient warehouse operations, managing logistics partners, implementing best practices, and ensuring compliance with ISO, AS9100, and organizational standards while leading a high-performing stores team.

Desired Experience:

- Handle stores, logistics, procurement activities in Electronics and Mechanical product-based company
- Optimize inventory levels; ensure accurate stock counts;
- Coordinate with transport companies; oversee shipping processes.
- Set sectional objectives and budgets; implement positive practices
- Team handling

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform functional, electrical, and Handling Stores,



logistics & procurement related activities.
- Optimizing Inventory level to avoid Overstocking & Shortages.
- Ensuring Accurate Stock Count & Maintaining detailed Records.
- Overseeing the Receiving Storing, Picking, Packing & Shipping Process.
- Sectional objective setting, budgeting & budgetary control.
- Effective implementation & periodic review of good practice into department.
- Call quotations & make Negotiation with transporters to make Logistics contracts with proper management approval
- Controlling the Movement of Stock & Stock in Transit.
- To ensure adherence to the inventory control
- Coaching & Motivating the Team & fostering a Positive Work Environment.
- Establish and maintain the appropriate systems to preserve the goods in proper condition & maintain good 5S.
- Establishment and adherence of systems, procedures as per ISO, AS 9100 & other audits pertaining to stores & logistics functions
