Job Summary The Store In-Charge is responsible for managing the receipt, storage, inventory, and issue of food ingredients, beverages, packaging materials, cleaning supplies, and other restaurant items. The role ensures that all required materials are available on time while maintaining proper stock levels, quality, hygiene, and accurate records.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive and verify all incoming materials against purchase orders, invoices, and delivery documents.
- Check the quantity, quality, freshness, expiry dates, and condition of received items.
- Maintain proper records of all goods received and issued.
- Store food ingredients and other materials in designated areas following hygiene and safety standards.
- Follow FIFO/FEFO principles to minimize expiry and wastage.
- Maintain accurate stock registers and inventory records.
- Issue materials to the kitchen and other departments against approved requisitions.
- Monitor daily stock levels and identify items that need to be reordered.




- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile it with system/register records.
- Report shortages, excess stock, damaged goods, expiry risks, and discrepancies to management.
- Monitor the shelf life and expiry dates of food products and other perishable items.
- Ensure proper storage temperatures and conditions for applicable food items.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, pest-control standards, and proper organization of the store.
- Prevent unauthorized access to the store and ensure proper control of stock.
- Coordinate with the purchase team and suppliers regarding deliveries, shortages, replacements, and quality issues.
- Monitor stock consumption and identify unusual or excessive usage.
- Maintain proper documentation for purchase, receipt, issue, return, and wastage of materials.
- Ensure damaged or expired items are properly identified, recorded, and disposed of as per company procedures.
- Assist management with periodic stock-taking and inventory reports.
- Ensure all store equipment and storage areas are maintained properly.
- Perform other store-related duties assigned by the Restaurant Manager or management.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
