Role Description The Store Manager intern will support the daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth coordination of services, staff schedules, and customer appointments. This internship role includes monitoring customer feedback, assisting with inventory tracking, and helping maintain brand standards across communication and service delivery. The intern will collaborate with the team to support promotions, resolve basic customer issues, and contribute to a welcoming and qualified environment.





The position is an internship and is structured as a remote role, focusing on operational support, customer communication, and reporting rather than on-site salon activities.

Qualifications

- Customer-focused skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with a strong commitment to positive client experiences.
- Communication abilities, including clear written and verbal Communication for coordinating with staff and responding to customers.
- Operational skills related to Store Management, such as organizing schedules, tracking performance, and supporting daily processes.
- Awareness of Retail Loss Prevention practices, including basic understanding of safeguarding inventory and maintaining accurate records.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail in documentation and follow-up.
- Comfort using digital tools and remote collaboration platforms for coordination and reporting.
- Prior exposure to retail, beauty, or service environments is an advantage but not required.
- Ability to learn quickly, take initiative, and work responsibly in an internship setting.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
