- Store operations: Oversee daily opening and closing, store readiness, cleanliness, and product display standards

- Team management: Roster, train and supervise counter staff and bakers; handle attendance and performance

- Sales: Drive daily and monthly sales targets, track footfall and conversion, run in-store promotions

- Inventory: Manage stock ordering, minimise wastage, track expiry, and coordinate with the central kitchen and suppliers

- Cash & reporting: Reconcile daily cash and POS sales, and submit sales reports to management

- Customer service: Handle customer feedback and complaints, and keep service standards high

- Hygiene & safety: Ensure food-safety compliance, cleanliness and staff hygiene standards are met

- Equipment care: Flag equipment issues chillers, ovens, mixers early and coordinate with the maintenance team for repairs Role & responsibilities
