We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Store Manager with 10+ years of experience in the construction industry to manage material procurement coordination, inventory control, and site store operations.

Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh

Industry: Construction / Real Estate

Key Responsibilities-

Manage overall store and inventory operations at construction sites.

Ensure timely receipt, storage, and issue of construction materials.

Monitor stock levels, material movement, and inventory accuracy.

Coordinate with Purchase, Projects, Accounts, and Site Teams.

Ensure proper documentation of GRN/MRN, material receipts, and issues.

Control material wastage, pilferage, and stock discrepancies.





Lead and supervise store staff while ensuring smooth operations.

Maintain compliance with company policies and store procedures.

Candidate Profile

-15+ years of relevant experience in construction store management.

-Solid knowledge of construction materials, inventory control, and documentation.

-Experience in handling large-scale residential or commercial projects.

-Strong team management and coordination skills.

- Candidates with immediate joining availability are preferred.
