Role & responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth workflow.

- Supervise picking, packing, inventory and order processing activities.

- Monitor stock levels, inward/outward movement and inventory accuracy.

- Manage and guide the store team, including attendance and daily task allocation.

- Ensure orders are processed on time and operational targets are achieved.

- Maintain store cleanliness, safety and proper product arrangement.

- Handle stock discrepancies, damages and operational issues and report them to the concerned team.

- Coordinate with delivery and operations teams for smooth order dispatch.
