nCodeYogi Foundation gives underserved students across India early access to deep AI fluency

nand technology skills practical rather than theoretical, mobile-first, in their own language, with an

nAI tutor on the phone already in their hand. No laptop, no English requirement, no teacher in the

nloop. We've reached 4 lakh+ students, nearly half of them girls, with roughly 95% learning on a

nsmartphone alone. We work with district administrations and state governments across 9 states,

n100+ districts and 4,200+ institutions. In the districts we work in, coding literacy runs at 5× the

nnational average.

nThe Role

nWe have important relationships to maintain, but no one is dedicated to doing it full-time.

nCodeYogi works with senior government officials, philanthropists and CSR leaders who support

nus, and partners who connect us to recent people. We need to keep these connections strong and

nbuild new ones.

nRight now, our executives manage this alongside their other responsibilities. This means delays

nin messages, missed follow-ups, and long gaps in communication with people who are

nimportant to us. Your job will be to fix this.

nYou'll manage and strengthen these key relationships. This includes finding the best way to

nconnect with people, ensuring regular communication, preparing our executives for meetings,

nand following up so nothing is missed. When done well, your work will feel seamless — people

nwill simply feel that CodeYogi always remembers them.

- Learn about each person in detail, their personality, what drives them, what they dislike,

- Manage messages — email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp with the people who matter to us.

- Work with executives to plan how often to stay in touch with each person and ensure it

- Follow up so nothing gets missed, no unanswered messages or forgotten commitments.

- Do whatever it takes to keep relationships strong and ensure people value and

- remember our work.

nPrepare the executives

- Write pre-meeting notes so executives walk in knowing who they're meeting, the current

- situation, and what to say.
n
- Send follow-up messages after meetings so the connection keeps moving.
n
- Collaborate with executives and team members to gather the data and stories needed
n
- for your messages.

nKeep the record accurate

n

- Check and correct the CRM updates made by our AI to ensure all relationship details are
n
- accurate.
n

n

nAI will assist you with tasks like researching people, updating the CRM, and drafting messages,

nbut you'll decide what to say, when to say it, and when something doesn't feel right.

nAt first, executives will stay closely involved and review your work. Over time, the goal is to build

ntrust, so they can hand you a relationship without needing to worry.
