Hiring: Staff Software Engineer – Full Stack

We are looking for a highly experienced Staff Software Engineer with solid hands-on expertise in Full Stack Development, .NET Core, React.js, Next.js, Microservices, APIs, and Cloud technologies .

Experience

- 12+ years of overall experience
- 10+ years relevant experience
- Strictly Individual Contributor (IC) role
- No Team Leads, Managers, or Project Managers

Key Technical Skills
- Strong expertise in Full Stack Development
- Backend: .NET Core, C#, Microservices Architecture
- Frontend: React.js, Next.js
- Strong experience with REST APIs / Server-side APIs / System-level APIs
- Expertise in BFF (Backend for Frontend)
- Experience with Micro Frontends / Frontend-deployed engineering
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS or Azure
- Good knowledge of cloud services and cloud-native application development
- Strong DevOps experience, especially:
- CI/CD pipelines
- Cloud deployments
- Deploying and managing microservices on cloud
- Experience designing scalable, secure, and high-performance applications
- Strong understanding of API architecture,



integration, security, and performance
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools , including Claude Code , in day-to-day development

? Role Expectations
- Hands-on Staff Engineer who remains deeply involved in coding and architecture
- Should be able to work across backend, frontend, APIs, cloud, and DevOps
- Strong system design and technical problem-solving skills
- Experience working on large-scale, distributed applications
- Ability to drive technical decisions without moving into people-management responsibilities
