Key Responsibilities

- Assess patient needs and provide appropriate nursing care.

- Prepare and follow nursing care plans.

- Provide direct bedside care, hygiene, nutrition, comfort, and safety.

- Administer prescribed medicines and injections.

- Monitor and record vital signs and patient condition.

- Assist doctors during rounds, procedures, investigations, and treatments.

- Provide pre-operative and post-operative care.

- Collect, label, and dispatch patient specimens.

- Maintain accurate nursing records and documentation.

- Properly hand over and take charge of patients, medicines, equipment, and supplies during shift changes.

- Maintain ward cleanliness, equipment, supplies, and linen.

- Assist in orientation of new Staff Nurses.

- Participate in staff meetings, training, and professional activities.

- Maintain skilled appearance, communication, discipline, and patient confidentiality.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
