Maintain accurate nursing records, medication charts, and patient documentation. Educate patients and caregivers regarding medications, treatment, hygiene, nutrition, and discharge care. Coordinate with doctors, physiotherapists, and other healthcare professionals for effective patient care.

Follow infection-control, medication-safety, patient-safety, and hospital protocols. Assist with patient admission, transfer, discharge, and handover procedures. Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and escalate concerns to the appropriate medical team.
