Position: Sr Talent Acquisition / IC Role/ Team Lead ( FEMALE ONLY)

C2H Experience is Must

REMOTE Permananently

Immediate Joiner

Qualification: - Any Graduation or Post Graduation

Exp: - 3 years to 6 experience must in Domestic IT Recruitment

Timings: - 9:30AM to 6:30PM

2nd and 4th sat off

1st, 3rd, 5th Saturday 9.30 am to 5 pm

Consider 1 year gap only

Must have own Laptop/Desktop with Internet Connection.

Salary- 14k to 18k based on experience (1 to 4 Years only) ( Incentives Variable)

Team Lead and IC Role up to 30k as per Interview and Experience

Preferred Candidate

- Mostly Exp should be in Consultancy Background
- Team Lead Experience, Client Coordination, Team Handling
- Technically very sound and should have knowledge of current technologies
- Should be having deep knowledge experience in Niche IT SKILLS, SAP Modules, Oracle, Cloud technology, ERP, Full Stack Developer, Java, C++, Dot Net, Devops and many more.




- Valuable knowledge of Screening, Mass Mailing, Job Posting & Sourcing and Job Portal and End to End Recruitment
- Closure in C2H and Perm Hiring per month with maximum package
- Should be aware of client process of recruitment Like duplicacy, profile uploading, Tools used by client
- Should be working with MNC client
